How long will it take for me to receive my order once it's placed?
U.S. Estimated shipping time for in stock items: 5-10 business days. This does not include weekends, holidays or any unforeseeable delays with the courier (weather, customs, service disruptions etc.)
Pre-order, personalized and engravable items require up to 21 business days.

What are the shipping fees?
All orders will be shipped to the address specified during the checkout process.
- Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders
- Worldwide Shipping: $49. Free Shipping for orders over $299
How can I track my order?
When your order ships, a shipping confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. This email will contain details such as the order information, shipping date, and tracking number. If you have an account with us, you can easily track your order by logging in and visiting the My Account section. If your order is delayed or if you have any shipping-related inquiries, please reach out to our Customer Service team at contactus@rangov.com.
Can I cancel my order or change my shipping address?
Our team is dedicated to promptly processing and shipping orders. While we strive to accommodate requests to cancel or modify orders, we cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed. Customers have 14 days to cancel any orders and 30 days to exchange an order. Please contact us at contactus@rangov.com for assistance and we will make every effort to support your needs to the best of our abilities.

What is the exchange policy?
We offer exchanges within 30 days for items that are in stock. For items that are not in stock, please allow up to 21 days for special orders.

Yes, we offer a 2-year warranty on all our jewelry
What payment options do you accept?
We offer secured online payment options to ensure a smooth transaction. You can securely pay for your order using major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, as well as PayPal.
How are refunds processed?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return for a full refund. Please note:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You may also need to provide proof of purchase.
- Please note that any personalized items cannot be refunded

The iconic collection was designed by the founder of the company Ran Gov and was developed by him and his team for over 60 years.. Today, we have a team of innovative designers who continue his legacy, combining technology with traditional design techniques.

Ran Gov developed a new design language that combines nature, freeform textures, and finishes with glamor and luxury. Our collections feature a handmade feel to luxury designs that are timeless and classic with a twist. Nature inspires the textures and finishes of our various collections.
