Shipping Methods & Charges
Your order will be shipped to the address specified during the checkout process.
For all USA orders:
- Free Standard Shipping.
- In Stock items : 5-7 Business days
- Made to Order, Personalized and Engravable items require up to 30 business days to ship.
For All others countries
- Standard shipping: 15-28 business days
- Shipping cost : $49
Note:

Each customer is responsible for any customs and VAT charges that may be applied to international shipments. Ran Gov jewlery has no control over these charges and is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or delivery services.

We are not responsible for items held up in customs.

In the unlikely event that your order gets lost in transit once shipped, we will not accept liability. Nevertheless, we will assist you in trying to locate it.

Estimated shipping times do not account for delays caused by vendors, service disruptions, or weather conditions.

The shipping time frames include production time.

Shipping dates are based on business days and do not include weekends and holidays.
Address Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please specify this during checkout.
Tracking Your Shipment
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation to the email address you provided. This email will include information about the order, shipping date, and tracking number. If you created an account with us, you can access the tracking information by logging into your account and visiting the My Account section.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated shipping time, or you have additional questions regarding shipping, please contact our Customer service at contactus@rangov.com.
Return and Refund
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for a full refund.
Return Eligibility:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging.

You will also need to provide proof of purchase.
Refunds:

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us by at contactus@rangov.com before shipping the item back.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and confirm that the refund was approved.

We will send you a return shipping label.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days from receiving the returned item. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at contactus@rangov.com.
Damages and Issues:
We aim for your utmost satisfaction upon receiving your order.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If any issues arise, please reach out to us at contactus@rangov.com, and we will promptly address the situation. Remember to capture photos of both the package and its contents and retain the original packaging.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalised items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges:

To expedite the process of obtaining the item you desire, we recommend initiating a return for the current item. Once the return is approved, we suggest making a separate purchase for the new item to ensure a timely and seamless transaction.
